Customer Safety

The safety and security of our staff and customers is paramount. The Sitwell Arms operate a minimum check 21 policy. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 21 then please be prepared to prove your age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK driving licence, passport, or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram. Staff members may operate a check 25 policy so if in doubt please check with the bar you are visiting. The Sitwell Arms in conjunction with local authority guidance, operate an ID seizure policy whereby false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police. The Sitwell Arms support the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated.

Online Gift Cards

  • Cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
  • Card value can be used for full or part balance at the Sitwell Arms.
  • Any lost cards will only be replaced if they have been registered online and in-date.
  • Physical gift cards cannot be registered online through our Toggle site, as of November 2021.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, and any purchase is final.
  • Alcohol is only valid to those aged 18 years and over.
  • This gift card is not proof of age and a valid ID may be required.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse.
  • The Sitwell Arms reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. The Sitwell Arms may also create rules which will apply to a specific offer.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules & laws.

Black Friday 50% Added Value Sale Gift Card

  • Cards are valid from 26/11/2021 to 31/03/22.
  • Card value can be used for full or part balance at the Sitwell Arms.

  • Physical gift cards cannot be registered online through our Toggle site, as of November 2021.
  • This offer is capped at only one per customer.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, and any purchase is final.

  • Card value can be used for the menu (as pre-ordered) – remaining balanced for any drinks or add-ons to be paid at till point.

  • Physical gift cards cannot be registered online through our Toggle site, as of November 2021.
  • This offer is for one couple.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, and any purchase is final.

Loyalty Scheme Redeem Deadline

  • Can be withdrawn at anytime without notice
  • Card is not transferrable
  • See individual websites for how we may use your data
  • Cannot be used with any other offer e.g. Happy Mondays, 5 for £10 shot offer etc

The deadline to redeem your points is Saturday 30th of April, 23:59:59. Any points that are not redeemed will be cleared.

We have a need loyalty scheme hopefully starting very soon as we are changing EPOS/till systems so this required a change in loyalty schemes too.

Allergen Information

Our food is prepared in our busy kitchens so we really can’t guarantee any of our food is allergen-free. If you require further information on ingredients which may cause allergy or intolerance, please speak to your server before you order. If you do have an allergy, you should inform your server so we can minimise the risk of cross-contamination during the preparation and service of your food and or drink.
